Xanaprost® Act is a food supplement made from extracts of Saw palmetto,Nettle and Tomato useful to support prostate.

Size: 30 tablets

When to use it

• Benign prostatic hypertrophy
• Difficulties and exertion to start urination
• Weak and interrupted stream of urine
• Burning during urination

How to use it

1 tablet per day

Warnings and side effects

The product is not recommended for women in childbearing age and prepubertal subjects of both sexes. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.

112.5 mg		 • Inhibits both isoforms of the 5α-prostatic reductase, enzyme that mediates the transformation of dihydrotestosterone to testosterone responsible of the prostatic hyper-proliferation.
• Inhibits the activity of aromatase, key enzyme in the production of estrogen, another factor which triggers the hypertrophy of the gland.
• Some components of the plant, then, are active in the inhibition of the enzymes of the arachidonic acid cascade, with anti-inflammatory action.
Pygeum 100 mg The plant assists the Serenoa Repens, preserving the production of androgens in order not to interfere too much on the libido, through:
• Inactivation of the androgen/receptor binding.
• Inhibition of prostate cell growth factors.
• Anti-inflammatory action for inhibition of the 5-lipoxygenase.
Nettle

1.2 mg		 • Inhibits the binding of SHBG (proteins that carry sex hormones) to the prostate tissue preventing hyperplasia.
• Inhibits the activity of the pump Na+/K+ ATP prostatic, with consequent suppression of tissue growth.
Tomato
of which Lycopene		 66.7 mg
6.6 mg		 Bioflavonoid found in tomato, one of the most powerful antioxidants present in nature.

Serenoa: • Inhibits both isoforms of the 5α-prostatic reductase, enzyme
